Designed & test ridden in early 2000, the Race Board Series (the longest sandboards we make) are modeled on a basic snowboard shape (nose & side-cut design) with a large, flat base area to gain massive momentum and rocket-like speeds down the steepest of dunes! Race Boards have passed the brown underpants test on every occasion, and are available to purchase in either Multi-Strap Bindings or custom 8 Pack for fitting Snow Bindings, if you feel so inclined.

Race Boards are longer than your average sandboard and have more ‘effective edge’ (the area of the board that slides on the sand) which allows for greater stability and speed. Although the trade-off is a decrease in maneuverability (which is something you don't really need at a fast pace anyway) with only wide arcing turns to help slow you down, your ride on this big weapon will hurtle you straight to the bottom of the dune!

Race Boards feature a tail design that is completely flat, with a swallow tail for maximum speed. To get the most out of these boards you need some really big dunes with a lot of courage... If you like the feeling of your ears pinned to the back of your head and the wind rushing past your body, then this board is for you!

Only available as a custom-order, the Race Board is exclusively made with options to suit the rider. This includes various bolt hole patterns to cater for snowboard bindings (where you can use boots to secure your feet and utilise the wide range of stand options) Or, the bare-foot option featuring the original OCS 'Multi-Strap Binding' system to get your feet onboard quickly & securely, and off the board safely!
